The Luzerne County Transportation Authority Board of Directors, at the request of the Chairman, will hold a special board meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. to address matters affecting transit services of the Authority arising as a result of the Covid-19 precautions and measures consistent with the Emergency Declaration Proclamation of Governor Wolf dated March 6, 2020.
Board members will participate in the meeting by teleconference; however, the conference room of the Luzerne County Transportation Authority at 315 Northampton Street, Kingston, Pennsylvania will be utilized with appropriate social distance for limited attendees for public comment. An audio recording of the meeting will be made and a transcript will be available for public view as part of the minutes of the meeting.
Personnel matters and other related business will be reviewed by the Board at the call of the chair.
