With COVID-19 precautions in mind, we are asking all LCTA riders to please enter and exit the bus using the rear door at all times starting Monday, March 30, 2020 until further notice.
Anyone needing the ADA boarding ramp (e.g. people using wheelchairs), or anyone requesting the bus to “kneel” to facilitate their boarding may do so at the front door as usual.
With fare box equipment located at the front of the bus, LCTA is waiving fare payment for customers during this time. This will allow us to have our operators and riders practice social distancing. In accordance with Federal Regulations, ADA/STEP program clients on Shared Ride paratransit will also have their copays waived for the duration of the Fixed Route payment waiver.
