PUBLIC NOTICE
PROPOSED DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) GOAL FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2021-2023
The Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) has a disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program established under the guidelines of 49 CFR Part 26 and the regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Transit Administration (FTA). As provided for under 49 CFR Part 26, the LCTA announces the establishment of a proposed FFY 2021, 2022 and 2023 DBE Goal of 0.46% for the purchase of goods and services utilizing any DOT/FTA funds. This goal has been set based on information currently available to the LCTA.
The LCTA DBE Program, and the mythology and supporting information for its FFY 2021, 2022 and 2023 DBE Goal of 0.46% are available for public inspection at the LCTA administrative offices located at 315 Northampton Street, Kingston, PA 18704 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or on the LCTA website at https://www.lctabus.com/business-center/. The LCTA will accept written comments on the DBE goal for a period of thirty (30) days from the date this notice is published.
