Notice of Meeting

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Luzerne County Transportation Authority, the annual meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 4:30 PM in the Authority Board Room at 315 Northampton Street, Kingston, PA. This is a special meeting for reorganization of the officers of the Board and related organizational matters and not for the purpose of conducting general business.

Board members may participate in the meeting by teleconference; however, the conference room of the Luzerne County Transportation Authority at 315 Northampton Street, Kingston, Pennsylvania will be utilized with appropriate social distance for limited attendees for public comment. An audio recording of the meeting will be made and a transcript will be available for public view as part of the minutes of the meeting.
