The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), in coordination with local transit providers across the state, is conducting a survey to assess the safety concerns and expectations of transit bus riders as the COVID-19 vaccines continue to roll out, case counts drop, and activities slowly return to normal. The feedback obtained from the survey will be distributed to Pennsylvania transit providers to help them improve their service.
