Program of Projects 2022
The Luzerne County Transportation Authority will hold a public hearing in the LCTA’s Meeting Room 315 Northampton St. Kingston, PA on Thursday, July 21st, 2022 at 4:00 PM. At this meeting, a proposal for a Program of Projects (POP) and a request for financial assistance under the Federal Transportation Act of 1964, as amended, will be considered.
Prior to the hearing, the POP will be available for review at the above address from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and online at www.lctabus.com.
This funding project is for: Tire Lease, Mobile Fare Collection Equipment, ADP Software, ADP Hardware, Purchase Signage, Maintenance Equipment, ADA Non-Fixed Route Paratransit and Preventive Maintenance. The term of the project is July 1st, 2022 to June 30th 2023 with funds secured from FTA Section(s) 5307 and 5339. Activity will take place entirely within the LCTA service area.
