UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM(UPWP)

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Public Comment Period is now open until January 9^th 2024.

As a member of the Lackawanna-Luzerne MPO, LCTA receives Federal planning funds through the UPWP.

Please review the 2024-2025 UPWP draft plan and provide your valuable feedback!
