Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA), today announced the appointment of Mr. Lee Horton as Interim Executive Director. This appointment is effective Wednesday September 4, 2019. Mr. Horton has been employed at LCTA for 8 years. He has been the Operations Director at LCTA for the past 6 years.
Commenting on the announcement, the Authority’s Chairperson of the Board, Charles Sciandra, stated “On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are confident Mr. Horton’s ability to work with the team at LCTA to continue to provide quality public transportation service to the residents and businesses of Luzerne County.” Prior to joining LCTA, Lee worked at Diamond Manufacturing. Lee also served our Country in the United States Marine Corps.
