Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Directing Public Health Safety Measures for Businesses Permitted to Maintain In-person Operations
Recognizing that certain life-sustaining businesses in the Commonwealth must remain open despite the need for strong mitigation to slow the spread of the virus, special consideration is required to protect not only customers, but the workers needed to run and operate these establishments.
Effective April 15, 2020, to protect the public from the spread of COVID-19, the following mitigation strategies shall be enforced starting APRIL 19th, 2020 at 8:00 PM AND WILL CONTINUE UNTIL LIFTED:
- If you have CONFIRMED symptoms or have been tested positive for COVID-19, or were possibly exposed to someone with COVID-19, DO NOT enter this building to conduct business.
- In order to conduct business, please call 570-288-9356 to discuss how service may be obtained.
- All NON-ESSENTIAL visitors are PROHIBITED from entering the premises of this business.
- If you are a vendor that is listed as part of the essential businesses for the state of PA, you may enter this building for the sole purpose of providing essential service with LCTA if you are wearing a mask or face covering.
- All vendors, visitors and customers are REQUIRED to wear masks or face coverings while on premises.
- Individuals who cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition (including children under the age of 2 years per CDC guidance) may enter the premises and are not required to provide documentation of such medical condition.
- Purchasing of tickets for Fixed Route Bus Service and Shared Ride STEP program have been suspended and are NOT NEEDED at this time.
- Customers needing to obtain Senior Passes or requesting STEP Applications:
- You may proceed to enter with the appropriate mask or face coverings.
- You must observe the proper 6 foot social distancing as per the signs in the lobby.
- Please leave promptly after conducting your business.
