We ask that passengers turn their head towards the window and away from the driver as your wheelchair is secured.

We also ask that passengers not speak with the driver while he/she is securing the wheelchair. Masks do not prevent the smaller droplets from speaking, sneezing, or coughing. The driver will not speak to the passengers while securing the wheelchair for the passenger’s safety as well.

This is being done due to recommendations by the CDC and while we don’t want to upset anyone or appear to be rude, we do want to protect our riders and operators.

We are looking forward to when we can have the lively conversations with our riders as we used to!
