The Luzerne County Transportation Authority will hold a public hearing in the LCTA’s Meeting Room 315 Northampton St. Kingston, PA on Tuesday, August 18th, 2020 at 4:00 PM. At this meeting, a proposal for a Program of Projects (POP) and a request for financial assistance under the Federal Transportation Act of 1964, as amended, will be considered. Prior to the hearing, the POP will be available for review at the above address from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and online at www.lctabus.com.
This funding project is for Safety and Security Items (Murray Fencing), and Purchase Replacement Buses. The term of the project is July 1st, 2020 to June 30th 2021 with funds secured from Section 5307. Activity will take place entirely within the LCTA service area.
