Notice of Public Hearing
The Luzerne County Transportation Authority will hold a public hearing in the LCTA’s Meeting Room 315 Northampton St. Kingston, PA on Tuesday, April 27th, 2020 at 4:00 PM. At this meeting, a proposal for a Program of Projects (POP) and a request for financial assistance under the Federal Transportation Act of 1964, as amended, will be considered. Prior to the hearing, the POP will be available for review at the above address from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and online at www.lctabus.com.
This funding project is for Construction – Administrative/Maintenance Facility and Purchase Ticketing Kiosks. The term of the project is July 1st, 2021 to June 30th 2022 with funds secured from FTA Section(s) 5307 and 5339. Activity will take place entirely within the LCTA service area.
