NEW PREPAID BALANCE SERVICE TO BE IMPLEMENTED
Effective July 1st, 2021, Luzerne County Transportation Authority will be implementing a new prepaid balance service. Instead of using tickets, when the registered client sends in payment for upcoming transportation it will be applied to their account profile.
When scheduling a ride, the customer service representative will let you know the cost that will be deducted from your account. Co-pays will only be deducted from the account after a completed trip. Any customer service representative can give you the balance on your Pre-Paid account at any time.
If you have tickets after July 1, 2021 you can continue to use them or return them for credit to your Pre-Paid account.
