1. Contestants must have an official sweepstakes punch card.  Cards are available at the following locations:
    • LCTA Offices in Kingston
    • Intermodal (LCTA or Martz windows)
    • Farmer’s Market LCTA Booth (June 27, July 11)
    • Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA
    • Pour Coffee House, 35 N. Main Ave, Wilkes-Barre
    • Rodano’s, 53 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre
    • Kevin and Kacy’s Ice Cream Shoppe, 41 S. Main St, Wilkes-Barre
    • City Market & Cafe, 25 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre
  2. Contestants must visit each location to get their card stamped.  Once completed, the punch card must be delivered to the LCTA window at the Intermodal Center, no later than, 4:00 PM on Tuesday, July 16th.  Three winners will be selected from all completed entries.  Drawing will be held on July 18th.  All determinations by LCTA are final and LCTA is not responsible for lost cards.
  3. No purchase necessary to enter or to win.  Void where prohibited.
  4. Entrants must be residents of the United States & 18 years old or older.
  5. Employees and families of LCTA are not eligible.
  6. No substitution for or transfer of prizes permitted.
  7. All Federal, State, provincial, local and other applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  8. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and any other rules and regulations adopted by LCTA.
  9. LCTA assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information. LCTA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction. LCTA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of any prize winners.
  10. LCTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. LCTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they suspect or find (a) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, (b) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or (c) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
